Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit.

This policy is in place to ensure our Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) have a fair opportunity to book alternative clientele when a cancellation occurs.

If any changes need to be made to your booking, including adjustments to the date, time, number of attendees, or services requested, please submit those changes at least 7 business days before the event. While we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, changes cannot be guaranteed.
